The chair is one of my favourite pieces of equipment, as it does bring in more functional movement in a standing position. Challenging balance and in this workout targeting some more of the Global muscles making it a nice athletic flow.
Not all the exercises are from our Intermediate repertoire, but you will find that the balance may be challenging to some of your clients and this is a nice way to see if they are ready for more challenge.
